We charge a flat rate of R100 for orders under R1,000 but national delivery is free for all orders over R1,000.
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email and we’ll begin processing your order. Processing can take between 3 and 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We’ll be sure to then send you a notification once your order has left the warehouse.
Deliveries are made from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM Monday to Friday. We will contact you via the email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

What is the total delivery time for my order?
All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend up to 4 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

Shipping costs for international orders will include international taxes, duties and value-added tax. At the time of checkout, the final order cost will reflect these charges.
How can I return the item?
Return an item is simple. Log into dispute management portal on our shopping site, mark the dispute as return and upload a picture of item that you wish to return.
