Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is in its original condition and unused. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will refund the full order amount excluding the delivery costs for the return. Exchanges may be for the product or for store credit.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for products that are not returned in the original packaging or that are damaged. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@volt-it.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
